Antiqued violin by Chaim Achttienribbe, Amsterdam 2016
This violin is roughly based on a Guarneri modell, but during the making process, I went my own way, and only maintained the spirit of del Gesu, instead of making a copy.
The one piece back of birds eye maple and the spruce front are more than 100 years old and came from the wood collection of Max Moller.
